# Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Introduction
1.1. Welcome to the KS IOC (“App”), owned and operated by Securitech Technology Limited. (“Securitech”, "we", "us" or "our").
1.2. By accessing and using the App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
1.3. Securitech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following any changes to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Service
2.1. The App provides a workplace security operations service(“Services”) for authorized staff of a subscribing organization.
2.2. We act as the provider of the Services. The App lets you sign in, view and handle alarms and incidents, receive push notifications, attach photos and notes, and manage your work profile. We connect the App to the organization’s server, where this information is stored. Access is invite-only.
3. Privacy
3.1. Securitech is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect and how it is used and protected. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
3.2. We store login session tokens, your last server address, and optional login history on the device so you can stay signed in and use the App. By using the App, you consent to this storage in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Disclaimers
4.1. The App and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any representation or warranty of any kind. Securitech makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or functions included in the App.
4.2. The information, content, and resources provided on the App are sourced from the subscribing organization and third-party systems and are intended for workplace security operations only. Securitech acts as a facilitator in providing access to this information and does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content provided.
4.3. The user acknowledges that the use of the App and its content is at their own risk and that Securitech should not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the content or for any damage arising from the use of the App.
4.4. Securitech does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App and will not be held liable for any interruptions or errors.
5. Copyright Notice
5.1 All graphic images, buttons, and text contained on the Securitech App are the exclusive property of Securitech, unless otherwise noted.
5.2 These items may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Securitech. This restriction applies to all forms of use, including personal use.
6 Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Securitech will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction.
